Do I need to have experience with bodywork or spiritual healing to book?

Not at all. You don’t need to be “good” at feeling your body or meditating. We meet exactly where you are, and the work unfolds gently from there.

What should I wear to an in-person session?

Comfortable, non-restrictive clothing is best — leggings, soft pants, and loose tops are perfect. You will remain fully clothed during sessions.

Is this work trauma-informed?

Yes. My work is grounded in nervous-system awareness and consent-based practices. You are always in control of your body and can pause or adjust at any time. You never need to share details of trauma to receive support.

Is this therapy?

No. While emotional healing often occurs in sessions, this work does not replace licensed mental health care. It can be a powerful complement to therapy and other medical or mental health treatment.

 Are virtual sessions really effective?

Yes. Virtual sessions focus on guided somatic awareness, breathwork, emotional processing, and energetic connection. Many clients experience just as much emotional release and clarity virtually as they do in person.

 How many sessions do I need?

Some people experience meaningful shifts in a single session, while others benefit from ongoing support. If you’re seeking deeper, long-term transformation, mentorship may be a better fit. We can always talk about what feels right for you.
