WHAT THIS SESSION IS
These sessions blend intuitive tarot with emotional and somatic awareness to offer clarity, validation, and deeper connection to your inner knowing.
Rather than predicting your future, this work focuses on helping you understand what is influencing you right now — emotionally, energetically, and intuitively — so you can make decisions that are aligned with your truth.
Tarot becomes a mirror for what your body and spirit already know.
WHAT WE WORK WITH IN SESSION
Each session is guided by your questions and what feels most alive for you. Sessions may include:
intuitive tarot reading
emotional and somatic reflection
exploring how situations are felt in the body
identifying emotional or relational patterns
grounding and integration practices
We may explore themes around:
relationships
life transitions
spiritual development
emotional healing
personal direction and purpose
This is a collaborative, conversational session where your experience and intuition are just as important as the cards.

WHAT THIS SESSION IS
Craniosacral and nervous system support sessions are gentle, body-based sessions focused on helping your system shift out of survival mode and into a state of safety and restoration.
This work supports the subtle rhythms of the body and the nervous system, allowing held tension, stress, and emotional charge to soften and release at a pace your body can tolerate.
Rather than forcing change, we create the conditions for your body to self-regulate and restore.
WHAT WE WORK WITH IN SESSION
Sessions are guided by what your body and nervous system are communicating that day. Depending on your needs, your session may include:
grounding and nervous system regulation
gentle craniosacral-informed touch (in person, with consent)
subtle work with the head, spine, sacrum, and nervous system
emotional awareness and body-based processing
breath and sensory grounding techniques
intuitive listening to the body’s signals
Touch is always gentle, external, and consent-based.
Clients remain fully clothed and supported with bolsters and blankets for comfort.WHAT THIS WORK CAN SUPPORT

WHAT THIS SESSION IS
Womb-centered healing is a gentle, trauma-informed, body-based session that focuses on the emotional, energetic, and intuitive layers of the pelvis, lower abdomen, and nervous system.
In many traditions, the womb is understood as the center of intuition, creativity, and spiritual connection in the body. When we are disconnected from this space, it can be difficult to trust ourselves, feel grounded in our choices, or move forward in life with clarity.
This work is about reconnecting you to your body and your intuitive wisdom, so healing and insight can arise from within rather than being forced from the outside.
WHAT WE WORK WITH IN SESSION
Sessions are guided by your body and nervous system, not a rigid protocol. Depending on what is present for you that day, your session may include:
grounding and nervous system regulation
gentle hands-on work to the lower abdomen, sacrum, hips, and psoas (in person, with consent)
craniosacral-informed techniques to support deep relaxation
emotional processing and verbal reflection
guided meditation and visualization to connect with the womb and intuitive body
intuitive and energetic awareness as it naturally arises
This is not internal pelvic work. All touch is external, respectful, and consent-based at every step.
Clients remain fully clothed. Soft, non-structured clothing such as leggings or loose cotton pants are ideal for comfort and ease of movement.
TALKING, FEELING, AND LISTENING TO THE BODY
This work is both somatic and relational.
There is space to talk, process emotions, and reflect on what is coming up — as well as time for quiet, internal awareness and guided visualization.
Some clients experience strong emotional release, while others experience subtle shifts, deep calm, or intuitive clarity. All responses are welcome, and nothing is forced.
You never need to share details of your trauma to receive support.
WHAT THIS WORK CAN SUPPORT
Womb-centered healing can be supportive for people experiencing:
emotional overwhelm or anxiety
feeling disconnected from the body or intuition
trauma stored in the pelvis or nervous system
difficulty trusting themselves or their decisions
cycle-related emotional patterns
postpartum emotional healing
fertility preparation and womb awareness
feeling disconnected from creativity, pleasure, or spiritual connection
While some people come for specific reproductive or cycle concerns, the deeper intention of this work is restoring connection to your intuitive and spiritual center, which often creates positive shifts across many areas of life.
