who is Spenser?
Spenser Barnes is a somatic healing practitioner, intuitive guide, and licensed massage therapist based in Louisville, Kentucky. Through a unique blend of Holistic Pelvic Care™, craniosacral therapy, intuitive bodywork, and Sovereign Soul Coaching, Spenser helps women reconnect with their bodies, intuition, and personal sovereignty. Her work integrates somatic healing, nervous system support, and spiritual guidance to support clients navigating life transitions, healing from past conditioning, and stepping into a more embodied and authentic life. Spenser offers both in-person sessions in Louisville and virtual intuitive coaching and womb energy healing for clients worldwide.Many of the women I work with are navigating the process of untangling from religious conditioning, oppressive systems, or identities that no longer feel true — and are learning to reconnect with their own voice, intuition, and inner authority.
